孕产妇死亡率是衡量一个国家或地区社会经济、文化、教育、卫生状况、医疗保健及国民健康水平的重要指标,也是衡量一个国家或地区社会发展和文明程度的重要标志之一。本文通过对青田县20年来孕产妇死亡调查个案和资料的回顾性分析,以掌握青田县孕产妇死亡原因和死亡趋势,为制定孕产妇死亡的干预措施提供科学依据。
The maternal mortality rate is an important indicator to measure the socio-economic, cultural, educational, health status, health care and national health of a country or region. It is also one of the important indicators to measure the social development and the level of civilization of a country or a region. Based on a retrospective analysis of the cases and data of maternal death investigation in Qingtian County in the past 20 years, this paper aims at grasping the causes and death trends of maternal death in Qingtian County and providing a scientific basis for formulating maternal mortality interventions.
