就职于日本企业是大部分日语学习者的就业倾向,而以往对于日语人才更多注重的是日语专业技能水平的培养,造成日语学习者关于日本企业文化方面的认知相对薄弱,因此出现了日本企业用人难和日语人才稳定难等问题。因此在掌握日语专业技能的同时,充分加深对日本企业文化的理解,则可以更顺畅地融入到工作中,使自身的能力得以充分发挥。本文在参考相关理论的基础上,结合自身在日本留学和工作的切身体验,阐释日本企业文化的主要特点,以及试谈如何培养日语学习者对日本企业文化的理解能力。
While working for Japanese companies is a job preference for most Japanese learners, Japanese trainees focused more on Japanese professional skills and Japanese learners’ perceptions of Japanese corporate culture were relatively weaker, resulting in the emergence of Japan Difficult to employ enterprises and Japanese personnel difficult to wait for stability. Therefore, while mastering Japanese professional skills and fully deepening their understanding of Japanese corporate culture, it is easier for them to integrate into their work so as to give full play to their own capabilities. Based on the relevant theories, this article combines the experience of studying abroad and working in Japan to explain the main features of Japanese corporate culture and how to cultivate Japanese learners’ ability to understand Japanese corporate culture.
