随着我国社会和经济的不断深入发展,各行各业的行业标准要求都提升了一个台阶。在建筑行业领域,预制装配式建筑具有节能环保的优点,成为当今社会建筑行业的优先选择。但由于其出现的年代比较新,现场实践经验比较少,当前的预制装配式建筑在施工技术与现场管理接洽方面还相对不太成熟。这就导致在现场施工环节中很容易出现许多安全问题,不仅影响了施工进度,还对施工人员的人身安全造成很大威胁。本文针对预制装配式住宅在施工安全过程中面临的威胁进行分析,对加强安全管理提出了几点建议。
With the deepening of social and economic development in our country, the industry standard requirements of all walks of life have all risen to a higher level. In the field of construction industry, prefabricated buildings have the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, and become the preferred choice of the construction industry in the society today. However, because of its relatively new age, the field practical experience is relatively small, the current prefabricated prefabricated buildings in the construction technology and on-site management contact is relatively less mature. This leads to a lot of safety problems that are prone to occur in the construction site, which not only affects the construction progress, but also poses a great threat to the personal safety of construction workers. This article analyzes the threats to prefabricated residential buildings in the process of construction safety and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen safety management.
