目的研究现代微创根管治疗术与传统根管治疗术的急症发生情况。方法 65例接受根管治疗术的患者,根据随机数字表法分为现代微创组(33例)和传统组(32例)。传统组采取传统根管治疗术,现代微创组采取现代微创根管治疗术。对两组患者术中疼痛、红肿等急症发生率和治疗成功率进行比较。结果现代微创组术中疼痛及红肿发生率分别为9.09%、6.06%,低于传统组的28.13%、25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。现代微创组治疗成功率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现代微创根管治疗术治疗成功率更高,充填效果更好,患者术中疼痛等急症发生率更低,值得推广。
Objective To study the emergency of modern minimally invasive root canal therapy and traditional root canal therapy. Methods 65 patients undergoing root canal therapy were divided into modern minimally invasive group (n = 33) and traditional group (n = 32) according to random number table. The traditional group to take the traditional root canal therapy, modern minimally invasive group to take minimally invasive root canal therapy. The two groups of patients with intraoperative pain, swelling and other emergency rates and treatment success rates were compared. Results The incidences of pain and swelling in the modern minimally invasive group were 9.09% and 6.06%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (28.13% and 25.00%, P <0.05). The success rate of modern minimally invasive treatment group was higher than the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Modern minimally invasive root canal therapy has a higher success rate, better filling effect, and lower incidence of intraoperative pain and other emergencies, which is worthy of promotion.
