用NDZ -10 1处理过的纳米TiO2 、亚微米级TiO2 对UP树脂进行填充改性。用接触角法测定了偶联剂的用量 ,研究了TiO2 的用量对UP树脂力学性能、耐酸碱性的影响。结果表明 ,当纳米TiO2 用量为 4%时 ,材料的增韧增强效果最好。其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度分别提高了 10 2 % ,184% ,12 5 % ,12 0 %。
The UP resin was modified with NDZ-10 1-treated nano-TiO2 and sub-micron TiO2. The amount of coupling agent was determined by the contact angle method. The effects of TiO2 dosage on the mechanical properties and acid-base resistance of UP resin were studied. The results show that when the amount of nano-TiO2 is 4%, the toughening effect of the material is the best. The tensile strength, flexural strength, elongation at break and impact strength increased by 10 2%, 184%, 125% and 120% respectively.
