为保证发动机转子稳定、高性能工作,通常在转子动平衡前及整机装配后需进行大载荷拉伸,以消除各级转子之间的间隙。文中分析了整机状态下发动机转子的结构特点,介绍了拉伸方案的制定与实施,并验证了试验的全部过程。
In order to ensure the stable and high-performance work of the rotor of the engine, it is necessary to carry out large-load stretching before the rotor is balanced and after the whole machine is assembled, so as to eliminate the gap between the rotors at all levels. In this paper, the structural characteristics of the engine rotor under the condition of the whole machine are analyzed. The formulation and implementation of the drawing scheme are introduced, and the whole process of the test is verified.
