非整倍体甜菜小孢子发生的初步研究

整四倍体甜菜子代中,由于减数分裂异常和非整倍体有结实能力的配子形成,而出现相当比率的染色体数目变化较大的非整倍体植株。Rommel 曾报道,非整倍体型可达到40%,而非整倍体的产量仅为整倍体产量的40—50%,因此非整倍体将严重影响四倍体的超级原种的繁育和三倍体杂交率,以及播种质量,并危及甜菜产量。国外极其重视甜菜非整倍体的研究,国内尚未有资料报导。我们在双丰一号(4n= Whole tetraploid beet offspring, due to meiotic abnormalities and aneuploidy with strong ability of gamete formation, and a considerable proportion of chromosomes larger changes in aneuploid plants.
