报道了一种有机场效应晶体管,它采用聚乙烯醇作为绝缘层,ITO作为栅极,酞菁铜作为有机半导体层,铝作为源漏电极。采用旋涂和真空掩蔽蒸发法,成功研制出了绝缘层为聚乙烯醇的有机场效应晶体管。经测试器件的载流子迁移率为4.56×10-3 cm2.V-1.s-1,开关比为300。器件显示出良好的输出特性,表明聚乙烯醇是一种合适的有机场效应晶体管绝缘层材料。 An organic field effect transistor is reported which uses polyvinyl alcohol as an insulating layer, ITO as a gate, copper phthalocyanine as an organic semiconductor layer, and aluminum as a source / drain electrode. Using spin-coating and vacuum masking evaporation method, successfully developed an insulating layer of polyvinyl alcohol organic field effect transistor. The tested device has a carrier mobility of 4.56 × 10-3 cm2.V-1.s-1 with a switching ratio of 300. The device shows good output characteristics, indicating that polyvinyl alcohol is a suitable organic field effect transistor insulation material.
