目的:探讨PACS系统数字化的临床应用在医院发展中的作用。方法:PACS系统在我院开始应用以来到现在已经有段时间了,应用数字化摄影已逾23167例的检查人数,产生已达到24221张的数字影像照片。在得出数据后再与未使用PACS系统的影像图片的质量数据进行对比[1]。结果:PACS系统(医学图像存储与传输系统)被运用于临床,从而完成了医院放射科检查和就诊的信息化与数字化。结论:目的是处理放射科登记、生成RIS Worklist,完成诊断书等书写计算机化,递交报告和审核E流程化,完成集中保存影像,通过计算机的以太网络,联成一体,完成医院资料的共享与集中管理,是影响诊医院步入无胶片化与全数字化管理阶段,为医院远程影像会诊供应技术支持。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of digital PACS system in the development of the hospital. Methods: The PACS system has been used in our hospital for some time now. The number of people who have used digital photography has exceeded 23,167 and the number of digital images has reached 24,221. After obtaining the data, it is compared with the quality data of the image of the unused PACS system [1]. Results: The PACS system (medical image storage and transmission system) was used in clinical practice, thus completing the informatization and digitization of hospital radiology examination and treatment. Conclusion: The purpose is to handle the registration of radiology department, generate RIS Worklist, complete the computerization of writing such as medical certificate, submit the report and review the E process, complete the centralized storage of images, and complete the sharing of hospital data through the computer’s Ethernet network Centralized management is the impact of the operation of hospitals into non-filming and digital management phase, providing technical support for the hospital’s remote video consultation.
