目的观察航经赤道当天舰员24h动态心电图的变化。方法对20名参加长航船员穿越赤道当天行24h动态心电图检查,用自身不穿越赤道时的24h动态心电图作自身对照,行窦性心律、过早搏动、ST段、QT间期离散度和心率变异性的时域、频域和非线性指标变化的分析。结果与不穿越赤道时比较,穿越赤道当天的过早搏动增多,MV5导联ST段压低的最大值和平均值增加,压低持续时间延长。结论长航航经赤道时,船员的动态心电图出现异常变化,可能与支配心脏的自主神经功能发生异常有关。
Objective To observe the change of Holter 24h dynamic ECG on the day of the equatorial equator. Methods Totally 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed on 20 participating sailors crossing the equator on the same day. Self-control was performed with 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram when they did not cross the equator. The sinus rhythm, premature beat, ST segment, QT interval dispersion and heart rate Analysis of variability in time domain, frequency domain and nonlinear index changes. Results Compared with the non-crossing equator, premature beats across the equator increased, the maximum and average values of ST segment depression in MV5 lead increased, and the duration of depression decreased. Conclusions The long-haul voyage through the equator shows abnormal changes in the dynamic ECG of the seafarer, which may be related to the abnormality of the autonomic nerve that controls the heart.
