为解决我国主要油料作物油菜的虫害问题,提高油菜产量,同时减少农药使用量,保护生态环境。由官春云教授领导的科研组经过4年攻关,采用基因工程技术将B_t毒蛋白基因转入油菜细胞中,使油菜获得抗虫性,并在油菜中稳定遗传和表达。中国工程院院士范六云、傅廷栋、袁隆平和来自中国农科院、湖南农科院、华中农业大学、湖南师范大学、湖南省农业厅的专家们认为该项研究选题正确,实验结果可靠,该油菜品系是我国第一个转Bt基因抗虫油菜品系,也是湖南省第一个转基因作物。
In order to solve the pest problem of the main oilseed rape in our country, raise the yield of rape, at the same time, reduce the usage of pesticide and protect the ecological environment. After 4 years of research, the research team led by Professor Gu Chunyun transferred B_t toxic protein gene into rape cells using genetic engineering technology, which made the rape obtain insect resistance and stably inherited and expressed in rapeseed. Experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, including Fan Liyun, Fu Tingdong and Yuan Longping, and experts from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural University, Hunan Normal University and Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture, considered the research topic as correct and the experimental results as reliable. It is the first transgenic Bt insect-resistant line in China and the first transgenic crop in Hunan Province.
