科学合理地用好水资源,发展农村经济,提高人民生活水平,治理水土流失,改善黄土高塬沟壑区生态环境,是当前一项迫切任务。从农业水资源利用技术、节水灌溉技术、农业水资源开发技术、整体水资源开发中的一些关键技术等方面进行详细阐述,提出了当前水资源利用中存在的问题,以及加强水窑、涝池建设等合理有效利用水资源的几点建议。
