我们于1982年5～7月在四川平武县进行了肺吸虫病调查,报告如下: 平武位于四川盆地西北边缘,居涪江上游,属中低山区,山深林茂,溪流纵横,溪涧流水终年不息,清浊深浅随雨量变化而异。适宜第一、二中间宿主孳生繁殖,大小溪流均可捕获锯齿华溪蟹。 调查方法 一、中间宿主调查:沿涪江上游支系溪流随机捕获螺、蟹、逐溪分只编号,鉴定后分别剖检肺吸虫的胞蚴、雷蚴、尾蚴和囊蚴。
