故障现象:一辆丰田皇冠轿车,行驶中前轮附近产生异响,速度表指针偶尔异常地振动。 故障诊断与排除:首先分解制动系统,检查发现制动盘摩擦片磨损,但是距磨损极限尚有一定量,盘式转子不振动,轮毂轴承也没有产生肩(台阶)形磨损,制动钳移动部位也正常。怀疑ABS系统的前轮速度传感器有问题,将传感器拆下检查传感器驱动机构,结果没有发现任何异
