企业文化理念体系的落地是一个漫长、动态演变的过程,在这个过程中企业从一开始充满欲望的原始经营到成熟充满理性与人性的企业管理境界。因此,在企业成立之初,也就是企业文化建设之始,就应该一手抓建设,一手抓落实,真正实现企业文化落地,从而有效发挥企业文化应有的管理功能,达到企业文化落地的功能。
