知识经济拓宽了企业经济资源的范围,人力资源成为了企业发展的关键力量,为了促进企业合理利用人力资源,强化企业人力资源的管理,我们必须进行有效的人力资源价值计量。本文中,笔者以未来一定时期剩余劳动所创造的价值和必要劳动所创造的价值之和作为计量依据,结合投资学中的风险理论和时间价值理论,对人力资源价值计量模型做出了新的尝试。
Knowledge economy broadens the scope of enterprise economic resources, human resources has become a key force for the development of enterprises. In order to promote the rational utilization of human resources and strengthen the management of human resources in enterprises, we must carry out effective measurement of human resource values. In this paper, the author takes the sum of the value created by the surplus labor in a certain period in the future and the value created by the necessary labor as the basis for measurement. Combining with the risk theory and time value theory in investment science, the author makes a new try.
