全省千家骨干乡镇企业唐山润丰高频焊管有限公司多方筹措发展资金,以技改扩建为突破口,有效地推进了企业二次创业。1996年,完成产值2400万元,利税260万元,分别比上年同期增长了21%和42%。拓宽思路引进发展资金。这厂在发展企业中不等不靠,走自我筹集、自我积累、自我滚动、自我发展的道路。目前,企业固定资产近千万元、主要得益于三种渠道。一是企业历年来积累的自有资金,投入扩大再生产。二是股份合作制。按照岗位、工龄、业务能力等多各因素折股配股量化到人,目前,全厂已吸纳职工个人股金50万元。三是嫁接改造。96年2月份,这厂与台湾仟丰精密工业股份有限公司合资,外方投资16.3万美元。

In February of the same year, this factory was in joint venture with Taiwan Haofeng Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and the foreign party invested 163,000 US dollars.
