农民工问题是我国城市化、工业化进程中出现的一个十分棘手的社会问题。问题的焦点是农民工社会保险制度的构建。该制度的缺失是由诸多方面的因素造成的。农民工社会保险制度建设必须从中国实际出发针对农民工社会保险存在的主要问题,诸如:农民工和用人企业对其社会保险制度的不重视、社会保险费用过高、农民工社会保障制度本身的不完善等。通过对上述问题的研究,本文提出了对农民工社会保险制度的一些个人的看法和解决方案。
The issue of migrant workers is a very difficult social issue that has emerged in the process of urbanization and industrialization in our country. The focus of the issue is the construction of migrant workers’ social insurance system. The lack of the system is caused by many factors. The construction of social insurance system for migrant workers must start from the reality of China for the main problems of social insurance for migrant workers, such as: migrant workers and employing enterprises do not attach importance to their social insurance system, social insurance costs are too high, and migrant workers’ social security system itself Imperfect and so on. Through the study of the above problems, this paper puts forward some personal opinions and solutions to the social insurance system of migrant workers.
