The former Haicang was a remote small fishing village in southern Fujian Province with a few villages scattered among the stars. Nowadays, Haicang is a modern and dynamic new town where all flowers bloom in full bloom. Starting from the State Council approved the establishment of Xiamen Haicang Taiwanese Investment Zone in 1989, 25 years have passed.
