板带钢表面质量已成为钢铁市场竞争的关键性指标之一。由于变差或失效广泛存在于连铸钢坯、轧制设备、加工工艺等环节中,致使板带钢表面产生的缺陷属性各异、程度不同。结合生产实际,将带钢表面质量评价抽象为缺陷属性的权值确知且属性值能以模糊语言形式给出的多属性决策问题。定义模糊语言区间度表达式,构造互补判断矩阵,求出排序向量进而对钢卷表面质量评价进行排序。实例表明该方法可行、简洁、有效、易于计算机计算。
Strip surface quality has become one of the key indicators of competition in the steel market. Due to the deterioration or failure widespread in the continuous casting billet, rolling equipment, processing and other sectors, resulting in strip steel surface defects produced by different attributes, to varying degrees. Combining with the actual production, the strip surface quality evaluation is abstracted as the multi-attribute decision making problem that the weight value of defect attribute is known and the attribute value can be given in fuzzy language. Defining interval expressions of fuzzy language, constructing complementary judgment matrix, ordering vector is obtained, and the surface quality evaluation of coil is sorted. The example shows that this method is feasible, concise, effective and easy to compute by computer.
