The economic achievements of Japan and the so-called “four little dragons” in Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore) have now attracted worldwide attention and are called “East Asian models.” The various schools of international economics have made unanimous affirmations in their efforts to tackle the problem of education despite the fact that various schools of thought in what is the main factor in the economic modernization of the backward society.
