From May 9th to 13th, 1991, the Ministry of Water Resources Construction and Development Corporation presided over the “Technical Specification for the Construction of Hydraulic Foundation Excavation Projects for Hydraulic Buildings (Draft for Ratification)” in Wuhan. The conference was attended by China’s water conservancy and hydropower industry. A total of 28 experts from 20 organizations engaged in design, construction, scientific research and teaching.
