就我们所了解,目前进行各种不同广度和深度教改的,有三种模式,即单项改革实验;以培养目标为核心的全面改革实验;以办学为中心的整体综合改革实验。春城小学的改革实验就是第三种模式。我们进行整体综合改革实验并不是随意选择模式的。事实上,从1978年到现在整整10年的时间,我们从单项改革实验到以培养目标为核心的全面改革实验,一直到今天的整体综合改革实验,是一步一步地走过来的。我们对整体综合改革实验,做出了12年规划。这个规划可以这样概括:一年准备,三年调整,六年小成,十二年大成。
As far as we know, there are three modes for carrying out education reform of various breadth and depth at present, that is, individual reform experiments; comprehensive reform experiments focusing on training objectives; and overall comprehensive reform experiments centered on running schools. Spring City primary school reform experiment is the third model. Our overall comprehensive reform experiment is not a free choice model. In fact, from 1978 to the present 10 years, we have gone step by step through the comprehensive reform experiment centering on the training objectives and the overall comprehensive reform experiment from today on. We have made a 12-year plan for the overall reform experiment. This plan can be summarized as follows: one year preparation, three years adjustment, six years, into twelve years.
