为了提高大排量、大规模压裂水平井作业效率,大庆油田开展连续油管水力喷射底封拖动环空加砂、固井滑套压裂工艺技术研究与现场试验,实现了水平井无限级压裂。在施工准备上,采用了连续油管通洗井一体化作业工艺,实现了一趟管柱完成通、洗、模拟工具串下入全部工序,大幅提高施工时效、降低劳动强度;在施工组织模式上,采用了区块集中统筹工厂化施工模式,优化队伍配合、工序衔接,无施工等停进一步提高了连续油管压裂效率。通过无限级压裂工艺、通洗井一体化工艺、工厂化作业模式的有机结合,形成了符合大庆油田特点的连续油管无限级高效压裂技术,有效促进了难采储量的开发。

Through the combination of infinity-level fracturing, flushing and well integration, and factory operation mode, an infinite-grade high-efficiency fracturing technology for coiled tubing in line with the characteristics of Daqing Oilfield has been formed, effectively promoting the exploitation of recoverable reserves.
