目的了解驻马店市公共场所卫生及消毒状况,提高公共场所卫生管理水平。方法对2011年驻马店市区公共场所518个经营单位进行了监督检查,并对公共场所消毒状况进行抽样检测。结果驻马店市区公共场所持证经营率为97.70%,从业人员持证上岗率为96.50%,不同类型公共场所持证率比较差异无统计学意义(x2=3.72,P>0.05),不同类型公共场所持证上岗率比较差异有统计学意义(x2=25.82,P<0.05);驻马店市区公共场所公用物品抽检合格率为89.70%,不同类型公共场所公用物品合格率比较差异有统计学意义(x2=28.47,P<0.05)。结论应加强对公共场所卫生监督,提高服务行业人员的素质,为人民提供一个卫生舒适的服务场所。
Objective To understand the hygiene and disinfection of public places in Zhumadian City and to improve the hygiene management level in public places. Methods A total of 518 establishments in public places in Zhumadian City in 2011 were supervised and checked, and the disinfection status in public places was sampled and tested. Results The operating permit rate of public places in Zhumadian was 97.70%, and the number of employees holding certificates was 96.50%. There was no significant difference in the rate of holding certificates between different types of public places (x2 = 3.72, P> 0.05). Different types of public (X2 = 25.82, P <0.05). The passing rate of public articles in public places in Zhumadian was 89.70%. The passing rates of public articles in different types of public places were significantly different (x2 = x2 = 28.47, P <0.05). Conclusions Health supervision in public places should be strengthened to improve the quality of service personnel and provide a health and comfortable service place for the people.
