【目的】建设具有位置感知的智慧型图书馆,为读者提供即时信息服务。【应用背景】读者在图书馆的不同位置对服务的要求不一样,同时在同一位置不同类型读者对服务的期望也不同,系统要能够预测读者即时需求并提供主动服务。【方法】设计一种基于位置感知的主动信息差异服务系统体系框架,采用Wi Fi和GPS定位技术实现对读者的无缝位置感知,并根据读者角色分类生成差异信息实时推送给读者。【结果】读者通过安装APP端能在图书馆不同位置得到不同的服务信息。【结论】位置服务为图书馆预测用户即时需求,改善用户体验提供了一种有效途径。
【Objective】 To build a smart location-aware library to provide readers instant messaging services. 【Application Background】 Readers have different requirements for services in different places in the library. Different types of readers also have different expectations of services in the same location. The system should be able to predict real-time needs of readers and provide active services. 【Method】 A system framework of active information difference service system based on location awareness was designed. Wi Fi and GPS positioning technologies were used to realize the seamless position awareness of readers and the difference information was generated according to the readers’ roles to be pushed to the readers in real time. [Result] The reader can get different service information in different locations of the library by installing the APP terminal. 【Conclusion】 Location services provide an effective way for libraries to predict real-time user needs and improve user experience.
