目的评价氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂在湖沼水网地区杀灭钉螺效果。方法分别选择常年有水、时令过水、季节有水及田间沟渠作为试验现场,用4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂喷粉法(喷粉组)作现场灭螺试验(不除障),并与50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂喷洒法(其中又分除障喷洒组和不除障喷洒组)作平行对照。于施药后3、7、15、30天观察钉螺死亡情况。结果常年有水、时令过水、季节有水的3类渠道综合杀灭钉螺效果表明,喷粉组3、7、15、30d钉螺死亡率分别为76.71%、73.72%、72.33%、92.96%,其中7、30d喷粉组比不除障喷洒组效果好;30d喷粉组与除障喷洒组效果相当。喷粉组在3类渠道30d的钉螺死亡率分别为95.5%、93.3%、91.4%;季节性有水的渠道在施药后3、7、15、30天,钉螺死亡率均高于喷洒组,差异具有显著性。田间沟渠大面积喷粉后30天,钉螺死亡率为98.7%。结论4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂及喷粉法适用于湖沼水网地区各类渠道,特别适用于缺水或用水困难地方的灭螺。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of niclosamide ethanolamine salt in killing snails in the lacustrine water network. Conclusion 4% niclosamide ethanolamine salt powder and dusting method are suitable for all kinds of channels in the lacustrine water network, especially suitable for snail-killing in places where water or water are difficult.
