目的:探讨可摘局部义齿支托的设计方法,为进一步开发可摘局部义齿专用设计软件探索路线。方法:应用层析扫描仪扫描牙列缺损石膏模型获得三维点云数据。以三维设计软件唐龙系统为平台,用C++语言开发支托设计模块。提取基牙点云数据,首先以投影法确定支托组织面轮廓线,然后分别构建组织面及抛光面,形成由两张曲面相互拼合成的一个封闭实体。结果:应用新开发的支托设计模块设计支托操作简单,形成的支托表面光顺平滑,外形凸度与牙体表面一致,可达到临床要求。结论:以唐龙系统为平台开发的支托设计模块设计自动程度比通用软件大幅提高,设计者不需要掌握专门的计算机知识,适合口腔医生使用。支托建模技术路线具有一定普遍性,对最终完成可摘局部义齿专用设计软件的开发具有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the design method of the removable partial dentures, and to explore the route for further development of special design software of removable partial dentures.
