检测106例血液肿瘤患者谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢同功酶1和2(HBD)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)五项心肌酶指标。结果其LDH和HBD均值高于正常。联合使用对心脏有毒副作用的药物进行化疗后,其中心肌酶增高的51例有82.4%的患者恢复正常或显著降低;化疗后心肌酶增高的患者仅为3.9%。另一组45例经多次化疗CK和CK-MB增高的阳性率较初治前阳性率明显增加。提示多次联合化疗后的血液肿瘤患者有心肌损伤的可能
