目的探讨放疗对鼻咽癌患者的听觉和脑干功能的损害情况。方法采用日本光电公司产的MEB-7102型诱发电位仪对50例鼻咽癌患者在放疗前后进行脑干听觉诱发电位的检查。结果放疗前异常率为54.0%,放疗后异常率为80.7%(χ2=4.18,P<0.05)。主要表现在I、III、V波峰潜伏期延长,I~V、I~III峰间期延长和反应阈升高。结论鼻咽癌放疗可损害听力及脑干功能。脑干听觉诱发电位有早期了解听力及脑干功能障碍的价值。
Objective To investigate the damage of auditory and brainstem functions of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma under radiotherapy. Methods Fifty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were examined with brainstem auditory evoked potentials before and after radiotherapy using the MEB-7102 evoked potentiometer manufactured by Japan Optoelectronics. Results The anomalous rate was 54.0% before radiotherapy and 80.7% after radiotherapy (χ2 = 4.18, P <0.05). Mainly in the I, III, V peak latency, I ~ V, I ~ III peak interval prolongation and response threshold increased. Conclusion Radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can impair hearing and brainstem function. Brainstem auditory evoked potential early understanding of hearing and brainstem dysfunction value.
