证据转换是行政执法与刑事司法衔接的重要方面。本文从证据转换的依据、一般做法以及进一步完善补充证据转换规则三个方面展开探讨,以期能为司法实践的统一及理论探索的深化提供一定的参考。
Evidence transfer is an important aspect of the link between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice. This article explores the basis of evidence conversion, general practice and further improvement of the rules for the conversion of additional evidence, with a view to providing some reference for the unification of judicial practice and the deepening of theoretical exploration.
