目的分析铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床分布及耐药性。方法回顾性分析2014~2016年医院临床送检标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药性资料,采用合肥恒星的HX-21细菌鉴定分析仪自带的系统软件进行数据统计。结果 3年共检出铜绿假单胞菌162株,绝大部分在痰液及呼吸道分泌物标本中检出,科室分布也以呼吸内科为主,对各类抗菌药物耐药性3年来均有不同程度的增高。结论 3年来铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药性逐年增高,临床应高度重视,减少耐药菌株的产生和扩散。
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Methods The clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical specimens from 2014 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The data of HX-21 bacterial identification analyzer with Hefei star were collected for statistical analysis. Results A total of 162 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in 3 years. Most of them were detected in sputum and respiratory secretions specimens. The distribution of departments was also mainly based on respiratory medicine. Resistance to various antimicrobial agents was found in 3 years Different levels of increase. Conclusions The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibacterials has been increasing year by year. The clinical application of Pseudomonas aeruginosa should be highly valued to reduce the generation and spread of drug-resistant strains.
