电化学研究表明,丁基双黄药在铂电极上还原时,其还原电位为-300mV左右,存在近350mV的还原过电位;而在辉锑矿表面还原时,还原电位为-150mV左右,其还原过电位只有200mV。这一研究结果表明:丁基双黄药在不同的载体表面还原时,有不同的电化学还原行为,即在不同的矿物表面,被还原的电位是不同的。据此,可控制矿物的浮选过程,为混合精矿体系中矿物的浮选分离提供依据。
Electrochemical studies showed that the reduction potential of butyl xanthate was about -300mV when it was reduced on platinum electrode, and there was a reduction potential of nearly 350mV. When the surface of stibnite was reduced, the reduction potential was about -150mV, Over-voltage reduction of only 200mV. The results of this study show that butyl-xanthate has different electrochemical reduction behaviors when it is reduced on different carrier surfaces, ie, the potentials to be reduced on different mineral surfaces are different. Accordingly, the flotation process of the mineral can be controlled and the basis for the flotation separation of the mineral in the mixed concentrate system can be provided.
