Long-chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to be involved in a series of important processes in the process of early development, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, death and fat metabolism, and are widely involved in tumor-related as an important post-transcriptional regulatory factor Gene regulation of biological processes. The discovery of long-chain non-coding RNAs is closely related to many biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and cell invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. It is one of the recent research hotspots. Genome-wide studies have shown that a large number of lncRNAs are abnormally expressed in hepatoma cells and regulate the development and progression of liver cancer through the regulation of intermolecular interactions and various signaling pathways. With the improvement of high-throughput screening methods, more and more LncRNA molecules have been found to be potential tumor diagnostic markers. This article reviews the significance of LncRNA in the diagnosis of liver cancer.
