研究太阳能空气隙膜蒸馏系统膜通量的变化规律,对膜通量的各影响因素进行无量纲化分析。实验中从膜结构、实验操作条件与热工质的流体特性3个方面来考虑模型的建立,根据π定理的因次一致性建立太阳能膜蒸馏过程中膜通量的无量纲预测模型,并利用SPSS软件对实验数据进行求解与验证。结果表明:膜通量预测模型的决定系数R~2值为0.96,标准误差t为0.06,模型精度较高。
The variation law of membrane flux of solar air gap membrane distillation system was studied, and the non-dimensional analysis of the influencing factors of membrane flux was carried out. In the experiment, the establishment of the model was considered from three aspects of the membrane structure, the experimental operating conditions and the thermal properties of the fluid. According to the coincidence of the π-theorem, a dimensionless prediction model of the membrane flux during solar film distillation was established. SPSS software to solve and verify the experimental data. The results showed that the determination coefficient of membrane flux was 0.96, the standard error was 0.06, and the model accuracy was high.
