凌源市的墙改工作在市委、市政府的领导下,取得了长足的发展.1997年1月份,我市重新成立了“凌源市墙体材料改革与建筑节能领导小组”.市领导小组的成立,完善了我市墙改工作的组织机构,为今后开展工作打下了坚实的基础.
