目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及其组织抑制物1(TIMP-1)与糖尿病足(DF)之间的关联。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对22例糖尿病足患者(DF组)、23例单纯2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)及25名健康对照者(NC组)进行MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平检测,并分析其关联。结果 DF组MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显高于NC组及T2DM组(P<0.01或P<0.05);DF组及T2DM组TIMP-1水平明显低于NC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而DF组和T2DM组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);未发现与MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平显著相关的临床生化指标。结论 DF患者的MMP-2、MMP-9水平高于单纯T2DM患者,而TIMP-1水平未出现改变。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1) and diabetic foot (DF). Methods The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 22 diabetic patients (DF group), 23 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM group) and 25 healthy controls (NC group) 1 level detection, and analyze its association. Results The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in DF group were significantly higher than those in NC group and T2DM group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The levels of TIMP-1 in DF group and T2DM group were significantly lower than those in NC group (P <0.01 or P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between DF group and T2DM group (P> 0.05). No clinical and biochemical indexes were found which were significantly correlated with the levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1. Conclusion The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with DF are higher than those in patients with T2DM alone, while the level of TIMP-1 remains unchanged.
