随着我国人事用工制度的逐步改革,从一九八四年起,广州市开始在企业中试行合同制用工办法;此外,不少工业企业为了弥补严重缺员的情况,还从各地及至省外招收了大批农民临时工,从而形成了我市现行的国家固定工、国家计划内合同工、国家计划外合同工、临时工(季节工、农民工)等四种用工形式。团市委研究室在各有关单位和团组织的支持帮助下,最近,分别在广州地区国营工业企业、区街企业、乡镇企业和商业服务业四个类别的十八个单位中对青年合同工(临时工)进行了抽样调查,并召开了十八个座谈会。
