工程项目是建筑企业得以生存和发展的基础,是企业经济效益的源头和企业形象的展示窗口,也是企业培养高素质人才的阵地。项目管理的好坏直接决定着企业的可持续发展能力。本文对项目的可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段及竣工验收阶段如何对工程项目进行质量管理提出意见建议。
Construction project is the basis for the survival and development of construction enterprises, the source of corporate economic efficiency and corporate image display window, but also enterprises to train high-quality talent positions. The quality of project management directly determines the sustainable development of enterprises. This article puts forward suggestions on how to carry out the quality management of the project on the feasibility study stage, design stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage of the project.
