Antimicrobial peptides (APMs) are a class of small molecules that inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms as well as certain insect, animal and plant cells. The Pdd1 gene of Pichia pastoris was inserted into Pichia pastoris and transformed into P. pastoris GS115 (his4) by electroporation. The recombinant yeast GS115 / PSD strain was obtained. The results showed that after the recombinant yeast strain was expanded and the induced bacterial cells were broken, the acid rot of postharvest citrus could be well inhibited when the yeast suspension content reached 5 × 10 8 cells / mL.
