肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员14/LIGHT是近年来发现的肿瘤坏死因子超家族新成员,可由T细胞、树突状细胞、NKT等多种细胞产生,主要通过与LTβR(TNFRSF3)和HVEM(TNFRSF14)2种细胞受体结合发挥其生物学活性。现已证实,LIGHT及其信号通路参与了哮喘的病理生理过程,如慢性气道炎症、气道重塑、气道高反应性以及肺纤维化。因此,LIGHT极有可能为哮喘的防治提供新的思路和方法。现就LIGHT在哮喘发病过程中的作用展开综述。
Tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 14 / LIGHT is a new member of tumor necrosis factor superfamily discovered in recent years. It can be produced by T cells, dendritic cells, NKT and many other cells, mainly through interaction with LTβR (TNFRSF3) and HVEM (TNFRSF14) Two kinds of cell receptors bind to exert their biological activity. It has been demonstrated that LIGHT and its signaling pathways are involved in the pathophysiological processes of asthma such as chronic airway inflammation, airway remodeling, airway hyperresponsiveness and pulmonary fibrosis. Therefore, LIGHT is very likely to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of asthma. Now on the role of LIGHT in the pathogenesis of asthma are reviewed.
