介绍了海水全膜法处理系统的运行特点及易发故障,认为应该从海水含盐量、有机物、硬度、微生物含量高的特点出发进行分析,找到膜污染、设备损坏等故障与运行维护的关系,提出从水质、加药、表计、气动阀、腐蚀、设备本体等方面加强维护及改进的方法。经长期实践检验,取得了良好的效果,在设备脱盐率,回收率等主要指标基本保持不变的情况下,设备清洗周期大幅延长,化学清洗从1年3次降至1年1次,提高了设备可靠性。
The operating characteristics and easy-to-failure of seawater full membrane method are introduced. It is suggested that the analysis should be based on the features of seawater salinity, organic matter, hardness and high content of microorganisms. The relationship between membrane pollution, equipment damage and operation and maintenance should be found out , Proposed from the water quality, dosing, meter, pneumatic valve, corrosion, equipment, etc. to enhance the maintenance and improvement of the body. After long-term practice and test, good results have been obtained. With the key indicators such as equipment desalination rate and recovery rate basically unchanged, the cleaning cycle of equipment has been greatly prolonged.
