目的　采用简便可行的方法进行眼底病图像远程会诊。　方法　建立一个由因特网和院内网组成的远程会诊系统 ,将会诊资料 (图像、文字和数字 )制作成网页发布至该系统的服务器中 ,通过电子函件向参与会诊的医师发出通知或约定会诊 ,会诊医师上网在上述服务器中取阅会诊资料 ,会诊意见通过电子邮件反馈。　结果　成功建立和运行眼底病远程会诊系统 ,2 3例患者成功实现远程会诊。　结论　该系统是一种方便迅速、效果佳、投资少的眼底病图像远程会诊方法 ,具有较大的临床实用价值 Objective To use a simple and feasible method for remote consultation of eyeground image. Methods A teleconsultation system consisting of the Internet and a hospital intranet was established. The consultation information (images, texts, and numbers) was created as a web page and posted to the server of the system. The physicians participating in the consultation were given notifications or agreed consultations through e-mails. Physician accesses the consultation information on the above-mentioned server. The opinion of the consultation is fed back via email. Results Successfully established and operated the remote consultation system for fundus diseases, and 23 patients successfully achieved teleconsultation. Conclusion The system is a convenient and rapid, effective, and low-cost eye image remote consultation method with large clinical practical value.
