目的了解企业基层职工应对方式特点,为心理问题的预防和干预提供依据。方法采用应付方式问卷对3个生产型企业的177名基层职工进行问卷调查。结果职工在应对方式上趋于成熟;不同性别的职工在解决问题因子得分差异显著(t=2.14,P<0.05);已婚者和未婚者在解决问题(t=2.07,P<0.05)和幻想(t=2.14,P<0.05)因子上的得分差异显著;不同经济状况的被试在退避因子上的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);来自外地的30~40岁职工在自责(P=0.001)、退避(P=0.000)和合理化(P=0.012)因子上的得分均显著高于同龄的当地职工。结论有必要根据应对方式特征对企业基层职工开展心理健康教育,加强积极应对方式指导。
Objective To understand the characteristics of employee coping styles at the grassroots level and provide the basis for the prevention and intervention of psychological problems. Methods A questionnaire of coping style was used to survey 177 grass-roots workers in 3 production-oriented enterprises. Results The employees tended to be mature in the way of coping; the scores of the employees in different genders in solving the problem factors were significantly different (t = 2.14, P <0.05) (T = 2.14, P <0.05). There was significant difference in the scores of back-off factors among different economic status subjects (P <0.05) Responsibilities (P = 0.001), withdrawal (P = 0.000) and rationalization (P = 0.012) were significantly higher than those of the same age. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out mental health education for grass-roots workers according to the coping style and strengthen the guidance of positive coping styles.
