近日,听到一位同志谈论说:“一个干部在哪个单位能干一辈子,一张纸就刮走了,工作就是熬时间呗。”这使我想到社会上一些干部把自己所担负的工作当作临时的,或当作走上更高层次的跳板。他们有一种工作哲学,即不求有功,但求无过。他们认为只要不出大问题,工作平平庸庸也能提拔。于是,工作马马虎虎,应付差事,不敢创新。还有一种与此表现不同但本质一样的情况,表面上看工作积极性很高,但只讲形式,不讲实效,只顾眼前利益,不顾长远利益,干工作是给领导看的,其目的是为了提拔重用。
Recently, I heard a comrade discussing: “Where a cadre can work for a lifetime and a piece of paper has been scraped away and the work is chanting time.” This reminds me of the fact that some cadres in society regard their work as Temporary or as a springboard to a higher level. They have a philosophy of work that does not ask for merit, but it does not matter. They think as long as no major problems, work can be promoted mediocre mediocre. So, work so-so, cope with the errands, not innovative. There is another situation that is different from this performance but of essentially the same nature. On the surface, work enthusiasm is very high. However, it only stresses formality, impracticality, immediate interests and disregard for long-term interests. Work is given to leadership and is aimed at Promote reuse.
