默会知识理论通过多学科的研究和实验,跨越了知道什么与怎样知道的鸿沟,化解了陈述知识与程序知识的矛盾,在人类认识活动与知识表达形式上达成了统一,实现了在教育、管理、心理等很多领域的广泛应用。本文试图通过默会知识的独特视角,探讨在高职艺术设计教育领域如何进一步认识教学过程的多重性,培养学生实践及自主探索行为,从而获得教学质量的提升,并最终达成高职院校的有效教学和人才培养目标。
