对高锰钢进行固溶+时效热处理,研究了固溶温度和时效温度对高锰钢组织、硬度和力学性能的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明,不同温度固溶处理后,高锰钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和断面收缩率都呈现为上升趋势,且当固溶温度为1 050℃时,高锰钢可以取得较好的强度塑性结合;随着时效温度的上升,高锰钢的硬度呈现逐渐上升的趋势,而冲击功整体呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,这主要与高锰钢中第二相的析出形态、数量和分布有关。
The high manganese steel was treated by solution heat treatment and aging treatment. The effects of solution temperature and aging temperature on microstructure, hardness and mechanical properties of high manganese steel were studied. The mechanism of action was also analyzed.
