通过对C市中小学200名教师进行调查,结果表明C市中小学教师整体职业倦怠程度不严重,但倦怠趋势明显。影响教师职业倦怠的原因主要为:第一,工作时间长、劳动强度大;第二,学生对教师的抵触行为和思想;第三,教师在素质教育和应试教育夹缝中的生存状态;第四,缺乏良好的组织文化和管理体制;第五,教师缺乏对自己的正确认识。
Through the investigation of 200 teachers in primary and secondary schools in C City, the results show that the overall occupational burnout of primary and secondary school teachers in C is not serious, but the tendency of burnout is obvious. The main reasons that affect the occupational burnout of teachers are as follows: first, long working hours and heavy labor intensity; second, the students’ behavior and thoughts against teachers; third, the living conditions of teachers in quality education and exam-oriented education; fourth , Lack of good organizational culture and management system; fifth, teachers lack a correct understanding of themselves.
