建国50周年前夕,上海市档案局于9月7日至8日举办了档案教育论坛活动。 首次上海档案教育论坛活动交流了《构建新世纪档案专业人才素质教育的新机制》、《拓宽档案馆素质教育基地功能的设想》、《论知识经济时代档案工作者的素质及素质教育的方式》等论文8篇,并就专业学历教育、岗位培训、继续教育和社区教育等不同类型的教育如何盘活教育资源、实施有效的档案专业素质教育的问题,展开了广泛的研讨。怎样在档案专业教育领域内全面推进素质教育?与会人员纷纷献计献策。首先要解放思想,更新观念,破除“围墙”,盘活档案专业教育
