目的 :探讨超声引导下射频技术在治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤中的应用价值。方法 :在 B超实时动态监测下 ,以射频为治疗源 ,将自凝刀经阴道介入到子宫肌瘤内部或瘤蒂根部 ,治疗后于 1个月、 2个月、 3个月、 6个月 B超复查 ,观察疗效。结果 :2 6例患者中 ,治疗子宫肌瘤 2 6个 (有蒂的 1 5个 ,无蒂的 1 1个 ) ,同时进行子宫内膜消融 2 2例 ,治疗后定期复查 ,无 1例出现再流血现象。结论 :超声引导下射频治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤是一项安全、经济、痛苦小的微创介入治疗新技术 ,值得推广应用
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency technique in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids. Methods: B ultrasound real-time dynamic monitoring, radio frequency as treatment source, self-coagulation knife by vaginal intercourse to the uterine fibroids or tumor pedicle roots, after treatment in 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 Month B-ultrasound, observe the effect. Results: Of the 26 patients, 26 were treated with uterine fibroids (15 pedicled pedicels and 11 pedunculated pedicles), while 22 cases were treated with endometrial ablation. After treatment, there were no recurrences in 1 case Re-bleeding phenomenon. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids is a safe, economical and painless minimally invasive interventional treatment of new technologies, it is worth to promote the use of
